Due to the custom nature of our work and the resources invested in each project, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you through the revision process (based on your package tier) to ensure you're happy with the final deliverables.
After payment, you will receive a brand questionnaire to complete. This helps us understand your goals, target audience, and brand preferences. Project timelines begin once this questionnaire is submitted.
Timelines may be extended during peak periods or if required information is delayed. We will communicate any changes to the expected delivery date.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days of initial delivery. Requests for entirely new designs or significant scope changes may incur additional fees.
