1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Carsin Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Carsin Studio provides LinkedIn profile branding and optimization services, including but not limited to:

• LinkedIn profile audits and optimization
• Custom banner design
• Profile picture optimization
• Featured section designs
• Post and carousel template design
• LinkedIn branding consultation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Service Packages and Pricing

Available Packages

We offer three main service packages:

• Starter ($99): Profile audit, banner design, profile picture optimization, 1 revision round, delivery in 2 business days
• LinkedIn Makeover+ ($149): Complete transformation with profile audit, banner design, profile picture optimization, featured section designs, 3 revision rounds, delivery in 3 business days
• Optimize Your Brand ($399): Full personal branding suite with all features, unlimited revisions, delivery in 5 business days

Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD and are one-time payments
• Payment is required upfront before work begins
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy

4. Order Process and Timeline

Order Placement

• Once payment is received, you will receive an onboarding questionnaire
• Project begins once you submit the completed questionnaire and required materials
• Delivery timelines start from the date we receive all required information

Delivery

• Delivery times are business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
• We will deliver initial designs within the specified timeframe for your package
• Delays in providing required information may extend the delivery timeline

5. Revisions and Modifications

• Revision rounds are included as specified in your chosen package
• Each revision request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the previous version
• Revisions must be related to the original project scope
• Major changes or scope expansion may require additional fees
• Additional revisions beyond your package limit are available at $50 per round

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the onboarding questionnaire
• Grant access to your LinkedIn profile if needed for optimization
• Provide timely feedback and approval at each stage
• Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
• Upload and implement the designs on your LinkedIn profile
• Not claim ownership of our design process or methodologies

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to the information, text, and personal content you provide to us. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment and project completion, you receive:

• Unlimited usage rights to the final designs for your personal LinkedIn profile
• Right to modify the designs for your own use
• Files in formats suitable for LinkedIn upload

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the designs
• Use the designs for other individuals' profiles without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
• Claim the designs as your own original work

Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

• Full refund available if you cancel before we begin work (before questionnaire submission)
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email

After Work Begins

• Once work has commenced, refunds are generally not available
• If you are unsatisfied with the initial delivery, we will work with you through the revision process
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the final result after all included revisions, we will work with you to find a solution.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your personal or professional information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Carsin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for how LinkedIn or third parties display or treat your profile
• We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of profile views, connection requests, or job offers)

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The designs will result in specific business outcomes
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• LinkedIn will approve or display your content in any particular way

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Carsin Studio harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Content or information you provide to us
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in abusive or harassing behavior toward our team
• Fail to provide required information or cooperation

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen events.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Carsin Studio regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
